Indien u ooit geconfronteerd bent geworden met het overlijden van een buitenlander, hebt u ook het leed, dat hiermee gepaard gaat ondervonden. De verzoeken tot hulp of informatie zijn ware S.O.S.-signalen. Bij hoogdringendheid moeten er een aantal praktische zaken geregeld worden, waaronder de begrafenis of repatriëring, die u aan een uitvaartonderneming toevertrouwd.
Als uitvaartverzorger willen wij u een zakelijk, doch ook menselijk voorstel doen.
Zakelijk, omdat het materiële bij een repatriëring niet weg te cijferen is en menselijk omdat wij in onze dienstverlening de geschokte nabestaanden, hier in België of in het thuisland, trachten te benaderen met geduld, zorg, vriendelijkheid, efficiëntie.
Reeds jaren verzorgen wij de repatriëring van overleden buitenlanders van België naar hun thuisland en dit tot voldoening van onze opdrachtgevers. Ervaring, kennis, uitrusting en goede betrekkingen met onze buitenlandse collega’s maken een vlotte repatriëring mogelijk.
Zo wordt de thanatopraxie of balseming door eigen medewerkers in ons rouwcentrum toegepast.
De balseming verleent de overledene een natuurlijk uiterlijk en laat het lichaam intact tot op de plaats van bestemming. Zware letsels, door de gevolgen van een ongeval, kunnen hersteld worden. Thuis kan de kist zonder gevaar voor geur, uitvloeiingen en besmetting terug geopend worden. Dit kan voor de nabestaanden een grote troost zijn.
Informatieformulieren, nodig ter vervulling van de officiële formaliteiten, zijn in verschillende talen opgesteld; een goede communicatie is van groot belang voor de opstelling van de juiste officiële documenten. Desgewenst zorgen wij voor de beëdigde vertaling van deze stukken.
Houten kisten met zinken binnenkist en filter, volgens de internationale normen, hebben wij in voorraad, alsook het gereedschap om deze vakkundig te sluiten. Het vervoer gebeurt door de lucht of over de weg. Tot ongeveer 1 000 km enkel, kan wegvervoer lonend zijn.
Ons rouwcentrum, met koeling, verzorgingsruimte, opbaargelegenheid, ontvangstruimte voor familie en vrienden is een onmisbare ruimte voor een goed verloop.
Menselijkheid, snelheid, de juiste officiële akten, attesten, beëdigde vertalingen, legalisaties op ministeries en consulaten, de juiste kisten, de goede lichaamsverzorging, het vlotte vervoer zijn belangrijke punten bij een repatriëring. En dit alles getrouw aan de nationale en internationale wetten en gebruiken.

The embalming gives the deceased a natural appearance and leaves the body intact to the place of destination. Serious injuries, due to the consequences of an accident, can be repaired. At home, the box can be opened again without risk of odor, discharge and contamination. This can be a great comfort to the next of kin.
Information forms, necessary to fulfill the official formalities, are drawn up in different languages; good communication is essential for the preparation of the correct official documents. If required, we can provide a sworn translation of these documents.
Wooden boxes with zinc inner box and filter, according to international standards, we have in stock, as well as the tools to close them professionally. Transport is by air or road. Up to about 1,000 km single, road transport can be worthwhile.
